Mr. Tobon is an Assistant Special Agent in Charge for ICE Homeland Security Investigations in Miami, FL. As head of the Financial Investigations Division, he leads a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency team of approximately 100 investigators focused on investigating money laundering offenses and financial crime in South Florida. During his 16+ year law enforcement career he has held various posts in Washington, DC; Bogota, Colombia; New York, NY and Seattle, WA. In 1997, Mr. Tobon earned a combined Bachelor of Arts/Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the City University of New York (CUNY), John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He is a native Spanish speaker.
